A fantastic way to see provincial France, fresh air, exercise and beautiful scenery. Baux de Provence, mas des maigret was outstanding.

Initial explanation about bike/battery/locking mechanism could have been better. Faulty battery, no bell and only 1 charging cord for 2 bikes however Melanie fixed this problem immediately. More instructions regarding battery charging and locking systems would be helpful.

Five days of easy cycling on e bikes in beautiful countryside. Guibo app very easy to use. Love the fact that we went through many small villages during the daily trips which allowed us to stop for coffee/lunch. One leg had no towns to stop in (Baux de Provence to St. Remy).

Guibo app very easy to use. Love the fact that we went through many small villages during the daily trips which allowed us to stop for coffee/lunch. One leg had no towns to stop in (Baux de Provence to St. Remy). Accommodation at Les Baux de Provence and meal provided was excellent. One of the bike helmets had a broken strap. We called the bike company and it was replaced the following day. Good service.

Did not like the gravel route on leg 1 (did have option for tarmac, but we did not take. Also the gravel path after the roman bridge going into St. Remy de Provence proved to be treacherous as the amount of loose gravel was very difficult to maneuver with bikes.
