And while the season has been intense, we all took time out to explore some destinations in France! We want to share our team's summer adventures with you, to inspire you and make you travel in France too!
Marije set off to discover Sancerre by bike! She took advantage of her vacation to take part in a wine and cheese tasting! She loved the crottin de Chavignol, a small goat’s cheese from that area.
Arjan visited the famous city of Carcassonne, a Unesco World Heritage Site. He took a night tour of the ramparts and castle of Carcassonne: an extraordinary journey through the history and legends of the medieval city. He loved this unique experience!
Manon set off to explore the enchanted land of Provence. She took advantage of her trip to the middle of the Alpilles to discover the magnificent village and castle of Les Baux-de-Provence. She visited the "Carrières de Lumières" and enjoyed the Tintin exhibition in this magical place.
As for Mélanie, she set off to discover the west coast of France! A breathtaking break along the Vélodyssée. She visited the town of La Rochelle with her family and marveled at the picturesque ocean views. The trip offered her the opportunity to relax and enjoy the soothing rhythm of the waves and the sea air!
Lisanne stayed not far from Monpazier for her summer vacations, and organized a famous festival: the Medieval Festival of Monflanquin, in Lot-et-Garonne. For 2 days, she supervised shows, medieval parades and witnessed breathtaking performances. A truly unique and timeless experience!
This summer, Adrien accompanied a group of travellers in the Loire! He guided the cyclists, using his expertise and unique knowledge of the region to help them discover the Loire's hidden treasures. Unique memories along the Loire by bike!
Charlotte spent a few days in the Occitanie region, and specifically in the Gers, in Vic-Fezensac. She participated in the "Tempo Latino" festival, Europe's largest festival of Latin and Afro-Cuban music. As a volunteer, she contributed to the running of the festival, all in a friendly, musically-charged atmosphere!
